About Lisa Guo

Lisa Guo is a Chinese music producer, songwriter, and arranger. Born in Shenzhen and raised in Shanghai and Wuhan, Lisa began her musical journey at the age of five, learning to play the piano. In high school, she expanded her repertoire to include the flute and performed with the school orchestra at the prestigious Musikverein Golden Hall in Vienna.

In 2019, Lisa embarked on her formal music education at the University of Rochester's Eastman School of Music. Her passion for contemporary music led her to transfer to Berklee College of Music in Boston in 2021, where she pursued a major in Contemporary Writing and Production. During her time at Berklee, she penned the sold-out show "Disney Reimagined - 100th Anniversary Celebration Concert," reimagining the classic Disney tale, Beauty and the Beast.

In 2022, Lisa spent a semester abroad at Berklee Valencia, where she completed a minor in music technology. Immersed in the vibrant Spanish culture, she developed a deep appreciation for Latin pop, started learning Spanish, and explored various European musical traditions. This experience broadened her musical horizons and reinforced her commitment to creating world music. Her extensive travels and diverse experiences have shaped her into an open-minded and innovative musician, adept at blending multiple musical styles, including pop, rock, country, electronic, alternative, R&B, soul, and jazz.

After graduating from Berklee in May 2024, she plans to continue her studies in the Songwriting and Production Master's program at Berklee NYC. She is excited to further refine her craft and collaborate with other talented musicians in the heart of New York City. With a career marked by creativity and a deep love for diverse musical styles, Lisa's goal is to make significant contributions to the music industry, inspiring audiences worldwide with her unique sound and vision.
